G.O.S.H. stands for Great Ormand Street Hospital, the initials were used to form a collective of artists to record 'The Wishing Well' to raise funds for it. The song reached No.22 in December 1987. The lead artists on the single were Boy George, Hazel O'Connor, Grace Kennedy, Noddy Holder, Peter Cox and Dollar. There were also a bunch of stars from the tv/showbiz/music world of the time forming part of the audience in the chorus.
