Biography & Overview

After having been the backing singer for last year's UK entry Sweet Dreams Kit Rolfe was asked by Paul Curtis and Graham Sacher to be in a new girl group with Laura James and Linda Sofield. The result was Belle & The Devotions, Kit being Belle. After having released three singles with no success at all, Paul and Graham wrote Love Games for the 1984 UK final and asked Belle & The Devotions to sing the song. The group got through to the Eurovision final in Luxembourg, but their appearance there was surrounded by a scandal.
